This film still is not from this film. "Robert McQuade" is stylized Robert McWade and its from the 1912 Vitagraph Rip Van Winkle. Though "A note attached to a photograph from the estate of Carl Gregory names Frank McQuade, Sr. as the actor who played Rip Van Winkle." is unresolved.
