Year-Round vs. Seasonal[edit]

Ice Cream vs. Custard[edit]

The custard link is at best biased ("creamier") at worst it is misinformation. According to FDA regulations, ice creams with solid additions must contain a minimum of 8 percent milk fat, while plain ice creams must have at least 10 percent milk fat. Clean up[edit]

I've started to work through some of the promotional language and trivia in this article. Much of the content was written in a heavily promotional tone. Flavor listings and such are trivial, based on the basic concept of never being listed in an independent reliable source.

At the moment, this article is sorely lacking in independent reliable sources. Based on the current sources, I think notability is marginal at best. - SummerPhD (talk) 03:32, 28 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

While it appears it is mostly referred to as simply "Rita's", the name "Rita's Italian Ice" is mentioned many times on the website.
