The article has some issues which prevent it from meeting the GA criteria. For instance, much of the content lacks a source.

Awkward phrasings, minor POV phrasings, and grammar errors are common:

"This rivalry, although celebrated as "enmity" folkloristic on a sporting and cultural level, is based on historical and economic facts."

Buidhe, thanks for the review although I would appreciate at least a ping if you have reviewed my GA nomination. Secondly it is very clear that an article about a rivalry of two german cities has german language in it, MOS:FOREIGNQUOTE seem somewhat awkward - anyway it needs a CE indeed.
