Removed this non sequitur:

(Production and distribution of obscenity is illegal, while mere possession is not.)

Tell us why it was there, & we'll help you figure out how to say it, if it's encyclopedic.

Well, over at Miller Test it talks about this case, saying that the law was found unconstitutional in the first court in part because a ban on production and distribution of what's legal to possess amounts to a ban on possession. The Literate Engineer 03:42, 5 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I included the statement about production and possession of obscenity. The statement is true. It was there to illuminate the fact that the pornographer, while being prosecuted for production of obscene materials, continued to sell those very materials, and thereby continued to break the law, while the buyers acted legally. I will try to rephrase. AxelBoldt 03:56, 25 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thumb?

[edit]

That part at the end about the thumb being cut off... is that some element of a wrestling story line, or some real crime? It's not clear. Gigs 00:08, 11 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

No it happened in real life. The wrestler is known as The Messiah, he wrestled for XPW and CZW. They attacked him in his home and cut a part of his thumb of, no its not a wrestling storyline. I dont think it was rob black who did it, but rather some of his goons. Portillo 06:14, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
