Nationality[edit]

All the sources I could find agree that La Caze was born in Paris, but they disagree regarding his nationality. FORIX (subscription site) and crash.net identify him as Moroccan, whereas grandprix.com and oldracingcars.com identify him as French, although oldracingcars.com also says "French-born, but longtime Moroccan citizen". espn.co.uk explicitly identifies him as "the only F1 driver to race under the Moroccan flag". I checked the Grand Prix Data Book, the Complete Encyclopedia of Formula One and the statistics part of the 2002 Official Annual, and all three say Moroccan, so writing "French-born Moroccan" seems best to me. GyaroMaguus 15:58, 22 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
