Not the primary topic

[edit]

This sick puppy has existed since 2002, changing most significantly only by the addition of further works. It's been vandalized, but has no refs. It was moved (to a poorly chosen name), but no evidence has been offered that he is the primary topic, and it is unlikely that either Robert Wolf differs in significance sufficiently to justify having a primary topic. The move back was unexplained, and most likely reflects the improper casing, the surrounding vandalism by the mover, and the failure of the mover to create a Dab with the freed title.
I'm moving to Robert Wolf (writer), tagging, and creating the apparently appropriate Dab, on the basis of the evidence at hand, including a failure to explain any logic for what was done or not that suggests a lack of awareness of options and relevant goals.
