Assertion that he had a third child, a son unknown to the other two?[edit]

A contributor has added, after the mention of his four marriages and two children in "Personal life and death", Correction 3 children. One was born in ENGLAND in 1959 the others didn't know about him until he died.

Since this assertion lacks a citation I'm deleting it for now. I'm also amending the details of his two children to mention (per the info box) that their mother was Bettina Lerfield (since a third child unknown to the others he would presumably have had a different mother, this statement would presumably be true even if the assertion of a third child is correct) and requesting citations for his personal life. If doing so confirms the existence of a third child, we can restore that material. (I admit to being no expert in researching the family life of mid-century comedians, so if someone with more expertise wants to line up some citations for verification I'd be thrilled.)
