Appointment is premature[edit]

Because he is just appointed today it is premature to place him in office. He must be installed first before he is considered Ordinary. Elizium23 (talk) 16:04, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted because the list entry gave inaccurate information also. It claimed he is the ordinary and it claimed that his appointment date (27 December) was when he took office. That is untrue. His installation date (2 months in the future from now) is when he will take office. He does not get added to a list per WP:CRYSTAL until his enthronement. Sexual abuse paragraph[edit]

To keep within an encyclopaedic style, it would be better to give the final outcome, rather than a soap opera of events. "There was a conviction; tge judge said it was ongoing. Several other accusations occurred. Finally, the diocese paid damages to 3 accusers." This could be mentioned as: In 2018, three men accused a priest of abuse and in 2019 the diocese paid damages to the three men." It's not Hello magazine, it's an article about an archdiocese.
