titular bishop[edit]

This is not the way the phrase is used. Titular bishop means "bishop of a see that no longer exists as a see" - in this case he holds the title but has been impeded from taking the seat. @Jim1138: evidently we both missed false information inserted back in July. I just followed the sources linked and verified that they did not support the assertions in the final paragraph of the "Leadership" section.
