Will someone please account for this? (from a UK article on July 29, 2015)[edit]

In the "bishopaccountability" web site, there is an "ABUSE TRACKER" section, and that section's contents are not limited to sex-abuse. Today (July 29, 2015), I notice the following (coming from The Tablet, apparently a UK publication):

>The Limburg diocese is at the moment being administered by Manfred Grothe, formerly auxiliary Bishop of Paderborn, who was installed as Apostolic Administrator of Limburg by Pope Francis
