The correct name of the dish is revoltijo, should be the name of the article

[edit]

This article should be named revoltijo, romeritos should be rediricted here because it is another name. But an article called romeritos should be about the main ingredient, the herb called romeritos, but containing more information and other uses of the plant.

No need for more citations

[edit]

The article is correct, is a dish prepared with romeritos, mole, nopales, potatos, dry shrimps and tortitas de camarón. Also had tortitas de ahuautle, the ahuautle is the eggs of a lake mosquito, perhaps extinct due to the pollution and drying of the lakes that where its habitat.

This dish is very popular in Christmas a and Semana Santa, although it can be prepared any time of the year when the main ingredient is available. I give no reference for that, because it is part of the Mexican culture, just google for recipes, and you will get thousands of links, with essentially the same recipe. I didn't gave the recipe, because recipes are erased by the reviewers of Wikipedia.
