The article is new enough, long enough, well-referenced, neutrally written with no significant copyvios. The hook is cited-inline in the article and is interesting. The hook has a picture which is freely licensed, used in the article, and easily discernible at 100px. A QPQ has been done by the nominator. Good to go!
