Lloyd's Register of Shipping[edit]

'She first appeared in the Register of Shipping (RS) for 1826 with T.Hall, master, Noble, owner, and trade Newcastle'.

This information i absolutely foul. Where did you get that from? According to the Sound Toll Register the masters name must be Robert Hall. [1] [2] --Ribewiki (talk) 02:12, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Also this newspaper article mentions the ship Rosalla with Capt. Robert Hall stranded at Bornholm. [3] --Ribewiki (talk) 02:33, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Ribewiki: I have fixed the url to the Register of Shipping (RS) for 1826. If you click on it it should directly to the relevant page, and Rosella is the fourth vessel on the page. T.Hall, may well be incorrect, the registers are frequently wrong, but that is what this volume says. Because Rosella was lost, she doesn't appear in Lloyd's Register for 1827, or in the Register of Shipping for 1827 either, so there was no opportunity for the registers to correct their listings. Using your links above, I will add a corrective comment.Acad Ronin (talk) 02:52, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
