RTHK Broadcasting Director Roy Tang Yun-kwong controversy → ? – I don't know what kind of title could I give, but I know this article needs to be renamed. Repurpose into an article about Roy Tang Yun-kwong himself, which can obviously address the controversy. Split I don't see why this should be repurposed for a biography article. RTHK Tang Yun-kwong controversy would work cust as well for a title.
