Icarus Cup
[edit]Icarus Cup redirects to this page, but there is no mention of it on this page. I do not have time to edit article properly at the moment, but here is some relevant info:
- here is link to the relevant Royal Aeronautical Society web page http://aerosociety.com/About-Us/specgroups/Human-Powered/Icarus-Cup
- that web page mentions Icarus Cup held in 2012 and 2013
- the WP page Human-powered aircraft contains statement "The next Icarus Cup will take place from the 28th of June to the 6th of July 2014 at Lasham Airfield, Great Britain." but I suspect that the 2014 event was actually this BHPFC event: http://www.bhpfc.org.uk/The%202014%20BHPFC%20Human%20Powered%20Flight%20Rally.pdf also mentioned in this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1vGMpJ59L1o
- the Royal Aeronautical Society web page states that "There will be no RAeS Icarus Cup taking place in 2015, however a human powered flying rally is being organised by the British Human Powered Flying Club(BHPFC) at Lasham Airfield from Sat 25th July to Sun 2nd Aug 2015. - See more at: http://aerosociety.com/About-Us/specgroups/Human-Powered/Icarus-Cup#sthash.zmcoBoFf.dpuf"

Sir Stephen Dalton broken link
[edit]Hi all, is the president Sir Stephen Dalton (2017–18) the same man as Air Chief Marshall Sir Stephen Dalton? If so, I'll fix the broken link. Wally Tharg (talk) 11:08, 25 June 2022 (UTC)
