Barbary Macaques

[edit]

It may be interesting to include that while under military care, Gibraltar's barbary macaques would receive the same care at this hospital as any enlisted service man... --Gibmetal 77talk 2 me 22:51, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think that's a great idea! Right now I'm looking for a reliable online source for the fact. Anne (talk) 20:58, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There is already a passage on wiki under the babary macaques page Gibman87 (talk) 10:03, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Continuous delivery in 1915?

[edit]

The article includes the line "1915 saw a continuous delivery of Australian, British and New Zealanders from Gallipoli of the hospital ship in Gibraltar." I can't quite grasp the meaning... I think the intent may have been to say that during 1915 there was a continuous stream of Australian, British and New Zealanders who arrived in Gibraltar, via hospital ship, from Gallipoli. Is this close? Is there a better way to convey the correct meaning? TheOverflow (talk) 07:03, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

My bad phrasing etc (worce than usual) - your understanding is what I was trying to say but "1915 saw a continuous delivery of Australian, British and New Zealanders from Gallipoli to in Gibraltar that some called it "the year of the hospital ship". Would be even more precise - although maybe not better phrased than your interpretation..................Thanks for help Victuallers (talk) 14:13, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
