It is not clear if the Dworkin quotation is properly characterized as "Criticism"[edit]

The ref to Dworkin:

As per Dworkin in "The Model of Rules" (1967), "..a rule of recognition cannot itself be valid, because by hypothesis it is ultimate, and so cannot meet tests stipulated by a more fundamental rule..."

does not clearly constitute "criticism" on its own (and it is in the criticism section). Opinions/thoughts?Peace and Passion   ("I'm listening....") 17:22, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
