If not deleted...merge[edit]

This article duplicates the subject matter of Russian_military_intervention_in_the_Syrian_Civil_War but with a substandard title. Legacypac (talk) 18:52, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose Article appears to contain new content. LavaBaron (talk) 21:52, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
That's not a reason not to merge. If the articles were the same we would just delete one. Anything new can and should be merged. Legacypac (talk) 03:46, 9 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, oppose on the grounds this is about new and unique subject matter. LavaBaron (talk) 01:06, 10 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. One article is about the Russian military intervention, the other is about an alliance between countries. Just like there's an article about Allies of World War II, as well as Eastern Front (World War II). If there's duplication, text can be removed from one of the articles, but I think that there should remain two articles. Esn (talk) 07:55, 12 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Page title[edit]

Should "coalition" be lowercased in the page title if this is not an official designation? Yoninah (talk) 13:41, 4 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
