With respect to any reverting restrictions:

Edits made solely to enforce any clearly established consensus are exempt from all edit-warring restrictions. In order to be considered "clearly established" the consensus must be proven by prior talk-page discussion.
Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism.
Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.

Neutrality[edit]

I'm a bit concerned that pretty much this whole article is about allegations of a hospital bombing campaign by Russia/Syria, while only two sentences address Russia/Syria's denials and any uncertainty surrounding who may be behind the campaign. I will note that I have no opinion on this subject beyond the relative unbalanced treatment in the article. Ks0stm ^{(T•C•G•E)} 05:14, 10 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Source does verify removed content[edit]

I kindly ask the Coffee (talk · contribs) to reverse the removal of the content here. If you look at the source it says

There have been 252 attacks on Syrian health care centers in 2016 so far, according to the Syrian American Medical Society, a nonprofit organization.

; it further states

The rate of assaults doubled after Russia’s military intervention in the conflict in September 2015, the medical society’s figures show. And nearly 200 occurred after May 3, when the United Nations Security Council adopted a resolution strongly condemning violence against those providing and receiving medical treatment in the country.

The content that was removed said

As of December 2016, medical facilities were attacked over 200 times by Russian and Syrian forces.

Hospital bombed less than 24 hours after coordinates were given to the UN[edit]

There was an article on Syrian hospital(s) bombed by Russia or the Syrian regime less than 24 hours after coordinates were given to the UN. It was approximately 6 hours after the location was shared with the UN. I hope someone can find and list it. Thank you. Caesar116 (talk) 20:32, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, WHO supplied the locations of the hospitals to the United Nations?

WHY would they give the UN the locations?

WHERE did the evidence come from that Syrian hospital(s) where "bombed by Russia or the Syrian regime less than 24 hours after coordinates were given to the UN"?
