Some edits[edit]

Re this edit of mine: I changed "line" to "school" because "line" sounds as if it means dynasty (family), which I don't think is what the source means. I changed many words so that it wouldn't be a copyright problem, being too similar to this web page. I deleted some words about how famous he was, because they may not be neutral point of view. I deleted the part about maintaining the traditions of Arumuga Navalar mainly to help change it so it wouldn't be a copyright violation, but also because Arumuga Navalar has already been mentioned earlier and because I couldn't figure out whether the web page meant that he was maintaining traditions by living in a certain place, or that he was living in that place and also maintaining traditions, so I couldn't re-word it. I'm not sure why the name of the place where the residence is is in quotation marks, and I don't know whether it's the name of the particular residence or the name of a village or other place that contains the residence.

I deleted "Pandithamani" before the name at the beginning of the article. I'm not sure whether I should have done that or not. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies)#Honorific prefixes. Coppertwig(talk) 16:23, 15 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
