Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... it has been created on request by the S4000P steering committee, with the text provided by S4000P. You can check this with the chairman of the S4000P specification: ASD-S4000P@cassidian.com

You will note also that the "Availability" section has a link to the project website where this text is supposed to be copied from. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clickhunt (talkcontribs) 14:25, 7 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. If you have a read of WP:IOWN, you can find out how to sort out the copyright problem. I'll mask the page while you work on that: please ask if you have any questions about the process. Thanks, OnionRing (talk) 14:27, 7 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, you should receive at permissions-commons@wikimedia.org an email from S4000p.org with the permissions for use of the copyrighted text, as indicated in WP:IOWN and using the email template at WP:CONSENT. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clickhunt (talkcontribs) 15:18, 7 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I'll let the admins take it from here. It should be sorted out soon. OnionRing (talk) 15:19, 7 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, the S4000P Steering Committee has placed a statement at http://www.4000p.org that the description included in this article is made available for reuse under the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License (CC-BY-SA). Note that s4000m.org redirects to that page. This should hopefully clarify any potential copyright issue doubts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clickhunt (talkcontribs) 17:55, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Being a professional in the domain covered by the article I have to note, however, that it is too lengthy and looks like ad or promo Apetrov09703 (talk) 08:51, 19 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
