@BubbaJoe123456: The subject of the article is an inventor who has developed a vital component of the Telecom provisioning and activation system called SLIMS (Service Linked Multi-State) for which he holds multiple patents. He designed and developed a testing facility which is rated high by the at National Aerospace Laboratories. He is ath author of three books of which one published by Elsevier is ranked by an independent agency to be one of the best in its class. He has authored several scientific papers and Google Scholar has listed 24 of them (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=eM4ASooAAAAJ&hl=en&oi=sra).
