Accuracy[edit]

Upon first glance, the primary information found online about "safe harbors" in relation to takeovers have very little to do with what's included in the article. It has more to do with legislation/regulations as means of thwarting. I do not know much about it myself, however, so I'd leave it for someone more knowledgeable on the topic to fix.
