This should redirect to Salient (disambiguation)[edit]

I do not believe the titular artist to be of enough importance to have an article. If that were the case, such an article should reside at Salience (musician) or another such disambiguated link. Looking at the history of the article, I am led to believe that the last contributor created this article with the intention of promoting 'Salience'.

Salient (disambiguation) contains a link to Salience (disambiguation) which is a redirect back to here. "Saliency" also redirects to here. This is a ridiculous degree of namespace hoarding.
