On de.wikipedia there's a wealth of information about the bells and the organ of this church. I think it would benefit this article to be expanded with information translated from there, but since my German is rudimentary, I would not be qualified to do it. Salzburger Dom → Salzburg Cathedral – per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (use English). Major European cathedrals are typically titled with their English names. See Category:Roman Catholic cathedrals in Europe for other examples and also cf. New Cathedral, Linz. (Plus, Salzburger "Dom" sounds like something slightly diffferent.) If it matters, the official Salzburg tourism site [1] uses an English form. -  AjaxSmack  23:58, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Salzburg Cathedral Crypt-Information Requested

[edit]

A visit to the Salzburg Cathedral [Dom, St. Rupert] several years ago included a visit to the crypt and museum underneath. My wife and I have a need to determine the location and roster of the Prince Archbishops interred in the crypt. Their location as one enters the "ten cornered room" is central to our research.

Any information in the form of a map, chart or list would be greatly appreciated.
