No Any Authorisation

SAMATA PARTY National President is Shri.Brahmand Mandal. There is no any authorization to anybody to edit this page. If it happened, its an offence - N.A.Khoan, National General Secretary,Samata Party.

Whatever Shri N.A.Khoan, has said above is correct, I have valid evidence for the same. Now as I have seen the article, I will work on it to make the article rich but whenever, time permits me for the same.

I have no idea what Khoan means by "an offence"; but please be aware that nobody "owns" any article in Wikipedia, least of all the subject(s) of that article; and nobody needs "authorization" from anybody else to edit an article here, with extremely rare and limited exceptions. Hello, Orange Mike, I've reasons to believe that I can enlighten one about what N.A.Khoan meant by "an offence", he should have used words applicable to wikipedia instead used an authoritative word such as this.

(1) He most probably meant that Shri. Brahmand Mandal is the only valid president of so called Samata Party and nobody else (and I believe he is correct in this interpretation as I have verifiable information for the same).

(2) As such anybody else tries to replace Shri. Brahmand Mandal's name by replacing it with somebody else's name in the concerned Article's page - the same act of replacement would be "an offence", as per N.A.Khoan's version.

(There is a maximum possibility about an attempt in question to replace the name of Shri. Brahmand Mandal, I came to know about this recently that there a political division happened in said party leadership while one of the fractions taking undue advantage.)

@समता1988, The Samata Party that was notable for Wikipedia article, has merged with JDU. This article is about the old Samata party. Whatever faction remained and took over the name Samata party, is not a major party / faction. The vote % share of this new faction after merge, is neglegible. 0 seats in legislatures. There is no coverage of this faction, in reliable newspapers like Hindustan or Times of India or The Hindu or Telegraph etc. So this article will not cover this new party faction. Party History and leadership debate

The above sources makes it clear that from 2003 the party that was known as Samata Party merged with JDU. There was however a small faction led by Brahmanand Mandal that continued to use the name and symbol of the old party. The new faction failed to win any election seat since 2003 and hence the new faction is no longer notable.

Accordingly the president (whoever he is) is irrelevant as his party would have lost ECI recognition due to its poor election performance.

I have made some updates to reflect this information and I propose that No further changes in the party leadership be made here. Specifically I propose that the new party president's name not be added into the infobox and the article, as the faction is not a notable political party and Wikipedia does not care who is the president of the minor faction.
