Sampieru Corsu → Sampiero Corso – Per WP:COMMONNAME. This was the original name of the article, which was moved without discussion. Google Ngram shows that the Corsican variant is nonexistent in the literature. The "family" name itself of Sampiero ("Corso") was not given to Sampiero in Corsica, but in Italy, and is typical of many Corsican Condottieri fighting in the Italian wars(Pasquino Corso, Raffaello Corso, etc.).
