Merge Highway 17 Express with this article[edit]

Similar to how the Baylink service is a brand of Vallejo Transit that is supported by other transit agencies, I think Highway 17 express follows the same format. Since it's operated by Sant Cruz Metro, its article should be merged into this one as its own section --wL<speak·check> 22:11, 26 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
