Merging

[edit]

The two articles are on exactly the same subject. The question is, which name is correct? Julietta (Giulietta) is wrong. Giulitta is correct. The article with Julietta in the title, unfortunately, has the better text (so far). That article should be merged into this one. It should be noted, however, that this article too vacillates between Giulietta and Giulitta (Julietta and Julitta). Giulitta is Correct. An inscription of 1584 in the Church says: AD DEI HONOREM ET BEATT MARTT QVIRICI ET IVLITÆ. An inscription of 1633 says: IN ECCLESIA SS QVIRICI ET IVLITTAE. See Vincenzo Forcella, Inscrizioni delle chiese ed altri edifici di Roma VIII, pp. 302 and 303. There are other examples, all pointing to Julitta (Giulitta). MERGE, by all means.
