– No support for the contention that the American singer-songwriter has reached such levels of international renown that her fame has made her the natural WP:PRIMARYTOPIC above the three British aristocrats listed at the Sarah Spencer (disambiguation) page.     Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 03:44, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. None of the other people on the disambiguation page are known as Sarah Spencer Nohomersryan (talk) 04:14, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose per others. None of those other women are known as "Sarah Spencer" and only two of them ever would have been (Lady Sarah Isabella Augusta Spencer-Churchill is a bit of a stretch). While it's a possible search term for these women, I see no indication that it's a common or likely search term. This is a solution looking for a problem.
