Issues with article

[edit]

I've been working on the page - any advice on what I can do to fix issues and resolve the tags? I've added as many citations as possible, and deleted sentences without online references. I've also rewritten the problematic sections - the remaining similarities are due to the use of common phrases and titles. I've let some sentences remain without citations because there are tangential references online (but not strong enough to cite), and the claims being made on the page don't seem too unreasonable. Should those be deleted as well? Any advice would be welcome! Srh1990 (talk) 15:48, 5 June 2015 (UTC) - Edit: I've removed the copy-paste tag and autobiography tag because I don't feel that they really reflect the article anymore. The article is certainly based on the kcl website flagged, but it is not copied directly. A few sentences need citation - so I've left that tag on. Please let me know if you disagree about the tag removal! Srh1990 (talk) 13:32, 10 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

.Neither references verify any of the content, the article is effectively unreferenced. Theroadislong (talk) 14:38, 3 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

i have just removed the book title British Racism and Immigration as Juss does not appear to be the author (see my edit comment). On further investigation it was added on 19 July 2011 by user‎ 122.173.185.204 which is the only wiki contribution by this user so may be wp:vandalism Coolabahapple (talk) 16:07, 3 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Royal Society of Arts

[edit]

The article says that Juss "is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and its Council Member". Every member of that society is called a "Fellow" - more than 27,000 according to their Web site at https://www.thersa.org/fellowship/, so that is not a particularly notable achievement. Even so, his name does not show up in their Fellow search tool there. As for being a council member, he is not listed on their Web site at https://www.thersa.org/about-us/governance/fellowship-council/.--Gronk Oz (talk) 10:24, 4 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yes found the same and have added the disputed factual accuracy tag. Flat Out let's discuss it 10:46, 4 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
