I removed the uncited and inaccurate statements that the Sauer Co. is "nearby" the neighborhood (it is nearly two miles away) and that the Sauer "headquarters is located down the street." I also removed the uncited statement that "Originally workers who worked at Sauer lived in the company neighborhood." I am unable to find any evidence for that statement in the sources listed for the article or anywhere else; Sauer's Gardens is simply a real estate development, not a workers'-housing initiative.
