The claim about the alliance between Iran and Taliban is nonsense. At that time, Iran was supporting the northern alliance (which was in war with Taliban). Later, when Taliban captured Mazar Sharif, they killed Iranian diplomats. You can not present every nonsense claim in NY Times as undisputable fact. Jahāngard 00:05, 13 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
