This is of a figure of nobility that was part of the line of Macon. http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=awNAv9ieXwcC&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q&f=false for the reference on the Collegiate of Troyes.

But why does that make her notable enough to have an encyclopedia article? See WP:NOTDIR:

Genealogical entries. Biography articles should only be for people with some sort of fame, achievement, or perhaps notoriety. One measure of these is whether someone has been featured in several external sources (on or off-line).
