[edit]
School of the Air is a generic term for correspondence schools catering for the primary and early secondary education of children in remote Australia.

Is the term also used in Canada? Michael Hardy 21:20, 28 March 2006 (UTC) Is it in the air? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.72.11.88 (talk) 07:31, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Badly written

[edit]

"School of the Air is a generic term for correspondence schools [...] The school celebrated its 50th birthday on 8 June 2009." This self-contradiction is typical of the rest of the article! Could someone who knows about the subject maybe do a rewrite? ╟─TreasuryTagduumvirate─╢ 10:35, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

overuse of categories

[edit]

Usage of child and parent categories is a sign of lacking understanding what they are and do - it is self evident that schools in states or territories of australia are also schools in australia - that is the parent category... SatuSuro 12:24, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
