Pronunciation

Can anyone find a reliably sourced pronunciation? I'm unable to find any variant of the word on dipi or dop. Ibadibam (talk) 19:33, 17 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I just added the right pronunciation in Italian, according to IPA standards. This type of pasta is quite recent, as it was devised by a local chef in the late 1960s, and the term scialatello or scialatiello (singular for scialatelli or scialatielli) is actually a dialect noun from the Neapolitan language (no Standard Italian), that's probably why you are unable to find the right pronunciation around the web.--Teno85 (talk) 02:52, 13 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
