I propose that this article be moved to Scuderia Milano, over the existing redirect, as that is a more appropriate name for the article. DH85868993 (talk) 07:46, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I propose to move "Scuderia Milano" to "Scuderia Milan" because this is the right name. I own a logo photo that shows this name. Sorry but I am not able to upload this because the editor returns an error: "We could not determine whether this file is suitable for Wikimedia Commons.etc" The Scuderia Milan does not exist anymore so there are not copyright issues. Please let me know how to proceed Thanks Excalibur470 (talk) 18:51, 15 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Without verifiable evidence the page should remain as it is. All the sources in the article refer to the team as 'Milano'. In addition to which all the entries for all the drivers in Small (1994) The Guinness Complete Grand Prix Who's Who name the entrant as 'Milano' with the exception of Bira's 1953 entry. This may have been a name change late in the team's existence but throughout most of its time, it seems to be known as Milano. Maybe WP:COMMONNAME would apply.
@DH85868993: Pinging DH as he might wish to add to the discussion. Eagleash (talk) 19:23, 15 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
See also Motor Sport magazine database another reliable source which uses Milano throughout. Eagleash (talk) 19:44, 15 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
