Seaforth & Waterloo Urban District[edit]

As this urban district existed, there is a connection with Crosby. However another user is suggesting that Seaforth is part of Crosby and/or a suburb of Crosby. This is not true (ok my humble opinion). Can anyone offer more information on the urban district and the relevence to now? Babydoll9799 (talk) 13:42, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
