The LNR citation says that the site is owned by Canterbury City Council, but this may be out of date as an IP has posted the following edit, which I have moved to Talk. Dudley Miles (talk) 15:58, 3 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The ownership designation in this is not accurate

seasalter levels is partly owned by RA Neaves and NOT by Canterbury City Council

he ownsin excess of 100 acres in hat designated area

please look at the land registry for confirmation.
