Secret Warriors

[edit]

When were they ever referred to as "Secret Warriors"? He always calls them his Commandos. Even the article reflects this. I've only seen Secret Warriors in Wikipedia articles and the interview from IGN. Rau's Speak Page 17:56, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well the co-author and editor both call them "Secret Warriors" in the IGN interview, it is used on the CBR preview and most tellingly Marvel describe them as Secret Warriors [1] which suggests to me it is a reasonable name to use for now (even if it may need tweaking in the future with further developments). Wonder why it's not used in the comics... Rau's Speak Page 21:13, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well they may want to play a number of cards close to their chest or perhaps they have something up their sleeve for the naming (I believe the second Guardians of the Galaxy weren't named until issue #2 of their eponymous series!! They could have saved time by peeking at the cover. It could be an informal "placeholder" name they are using for discussing the project (until they reveal something further down the line) and it may be they have other plans? Who can tell. Yea, I guess. Thanks for explaining. Rau's Speak Page 23:21, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Returning to this - it appears that the new group is actually called The Caterpillars and "Secret Warriors" refers to the title and the larger informal group of the Caterpillars, Fury, Duggan, etc. - hope that helps. If we can find a decent source to explain that it would be helpful. (Emperor (talk) 22:16, 7 October 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Stonewall's father?

[edit]

OK, there are enough false facts on wikipedia right now, and now this. OK, I get that some user thinks that Stonewall is the Thing's kid, that's all and good and I get it. When "you" think that, don't edit an article and say "readers believe his father is the Thing". I don't think he is the Thing's kid, I think it is Henry Gyrich. Does anyone see me putting down "readers believe Henry Gyrich is his father"? Wikipedia is bashed on for having incorrect entries as is, don't put down your own predictions just because you think you know something and want to be the first to be report it. I am not completely familiar with deleting entries and the complete protocol, but Stonewall's additional entries are getting deleted in reference to the Thing being his father. 98.27.179.232 (talk) 02:40, 3 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
