Merging with Declaratory Power article?

[edit]

There's an similar article called declaratory_power, about the same thing. However, that article also deals with Scotland's declaratory article. I'm not sure what to do.

Some scenarios: -move all information about Declaratory Power FROM this W&U article into the Declaratory Power article. -move all information about Declaratory Power INTO this W&U article, and then delete the un-needed article. -keep separate, as is, due to the Scottish information in the other article.99.245.173.200 17:39, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Further additions

[edit]

One could complete this article with references to: -The Empress Hotel case which establishes the principle that one person or corporate entity can operate multiple businesses or undertakings that are distinct from one another; -Criticism of the Bell 1905 case with reference to its incapacity to distinguish the operator from the undertaking and rehabilitating the decision of the Quebec Court of Queen's Bench decision in Regina v. Mohr (1881); -Criticism of the interpretation of the Radio reference as establishing jurisdiction over content while the matter discussed is clearly radio communication without any reference to the regulation of content. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.80.160.170 (talk) 18:30, 29 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Typo?

[edit]

Should “anciliary” in the Extent of jurisdiction section be “ancillary”? Wprlh (talk) 21:10, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
