About phenomenon[edit]

The phenomenon does exist and does have it's practical use. However, it has to be described in terms of interference of plane wave and edge wave that occurs in the near field. The near-field article is not that good either and it doesn't mention near field phenomenon in acoustics at all. Topic cries for some drawings, i'll prepare them sometime soon.
