Swpb, A SD is not supposed to precisely define the article. It short ~40 characters and very brief (WP:SDCONTENT). The current one is twice the recommended max length and should be more concise. "Fuel economy improvement device of trucks" will explain what this article is about. It doesn't imply it is the only type of fuel economy improvement device, and the specific type of truck is already listed in the title so that certainly doesn't have to be repeated.
