Kosberg was born in Belarus, worked in the USSR, therefore to me it is not absolutely clear, how he concerns a portal Russia, there can be someone can explain to me? Хомелка (talk) 08:32, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Where would you suggest we move him? Portal:Israel or Portal:USSR? Portal:Belarus wouldn't really be appropriate. Semyon Kosberg was born into a Jewish family, lived in Slutsk until mid-1920 and then moved to RSFSR (Leningrad, Moscow, Berdsk), where he would work for the rest of his life. IMHO, editors tend to choose Portal:Russia over Portal:USSR when it comes to biographies (Russia being a successor of the Soviet Union blah blah blah). As far as I know, rules Wikipedia do not forbid to include article in some projects simultaneously, the most reasonable would be to include Kosberg in projects Portal:USSR and, probably, in any connected with space or the space equipment, or, on an extreme case, with planes, but in any way with Portal:RussiaХомелка (talk) 10:11, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
