  • In introductory paragraph, change "its own managed-care plan in Optima Health" to "its Sentara Health Plans division". In the Operation section, change "and its own health plan called Optima Health" to "and its own Sentara Health Plans division".
  • Reason for the change: Sentara Health changed the name of Optima Health to Sentara Health Plans.
