Image[edit]

I'm sorry I missed the 'non-commercial' licence on the replacement image I uploaded. I just think the first image is crap, as it's of just a bunch of photographers, and could have been taken anywhere. I will remove it unless/until a better one is found. Reporters' assault[edit]

This is only a sideshow (although an important one), and I don't believe it serves any encyclopaedic purpose to have the names of all 8 (non-notable) journalists listed in the article, as WP is not the news, and not a directory. I have therefore removed them, as well as the Chinese language source made redundant in the removal. Ohconfucius (talk) 03:46, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How can a few journalist be taking a beating and their names not be pointed out? The article currently list out Li Zhi who doesn't even have any ties to the event other than getting dismissed. What Li Zhi is doing now is not why he is notable. He is notable by virtue of his [former] positions. Whatever happens, I don't think the 8 journalists (in this context) will ever be notable, although the incident is notable (but fails the notability presumption in WP:N).
