Not clear on neutrality & citations

[edit]

The Proposed mining expansion section could use a citation or two beyond the 1994 agreement. Without that, the neutrality of the section could be challenged. The section cites the 1994 agreement, but does not cite anything where anyone agrees that the parties are not following the agreement. Without that, this could be read as someone trying to advance their own agenda via Wikipedia. Bigjimleo (talk) 05:41, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Three additional footnotes/references have been added. The external link (already included) to the Glacier Mine Expansion Web site could also be cited if you think that would help? I've been careful to keep the description neutral, speaking only to the fact of what has been proposed in the mine expansion, while still accurately describing the area as it is now, and in the past. Further comments/suggestions are welcome. Thanks. ~Geaugagrrl talk 04:11, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
My error. The Pioneer Aggregates Expansion and North Sequalitchew Creek Project Web site is now listed in the external links section. I can cite it in the article if need be? It is very descriptive including flash animation of gravel removal, aquifer draining and conceptualization of North Sequalitchew creek which will be used to channel water into the existing Sequalitchew creek. ~Geaugagrrl talk 04:27, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

--- The main author of this page represents the sequalitchew creek council. Most of the history and backstory have been left out in order to further her cause. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.17.229.81 (talk) 05:06, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That is not correct. The main editor to this page does not represent Sequalitchew Creek Council. This page is open to editing by all, as long as the content added/changed is properly referenced, and is neutral. Why not contribute what you feel is missing. Good luck. ~Geaugagrrl talk 07:07, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
