• Support Per nom, though the 2nd should go to Severian (character). However there is a possibility the character is not notable and Severians is actually the primary topic, meaning the disambiguation page will go right back to its original location. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 06:22, 22 November 2023 (UTC)
• Google Books search for this term brings up some Wolfe but a lot of Roman/Byzantine references, so it looks like there's no primary topic by long-term significance or usage. As this is only one of the renderings of the tribe's name, the singular/plural distinction doesn't seem to factor much into this. No problem with shortening the marker. Before the move, in October '23 we saw 1622 total views, 27 clickstreams to the hatnote (#5) out of 604 total identifiable outgoing views, so ~1.7% / ~4.5%

https://wikinav.toolforge.org/?language=en&title=Severian for January '24 shows a total of 571 incoming views, and we could identify 211 for the character, 23 for the plural, and 10+ for two other topics. The latter three is too close to the anonymization threshold of <10 to be able to say it is accurate. So the previous presumed primary topic is at ~37% here. Maybe this would change if we moved it on top of the list, though, but I'm kind of loathe to do that for a fictional character :) --Joy (talk) 16:14, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
