'Futbolu evlenene kadar oynarım': Cengiz Malgır

17 yaşındaki Seyhan Gündüz, Türk kadın futbolunun yıldızlarından ve geleceği çok parlak. Ama evlenince kariyerini muhtemelen bitirecek.

O da küçük yaşta annelerinden azar işitme pahasına saatlerce peşinden koştukları futbol topunu göz ucuyla seyretmiş, daha sonra gıpta ettiği erkek arkadaşlarına uymuş, sımsıkı sarılmış futbola.

Ancak onu farklı kılan bir süre sonra ailesinin teşvikiyle Taçspor'da başladığı futbol kariyerine daha 17 yaşında giydiği milli forma altında sadece ilk yarıda 2 gol eklemesi. Seyhan Gündüz'ün... Dünya kupası grup elemelerinde Gürcistan'ı 1-0 yenerek ilk resmi galibiyetini alan Bayan Milli takımımız, üçüncü maçında Bulgaristan'ı deplasmanda 2-1 devirirken bu başarıda en büyük pay kuşkusuz bu sevimli "Dişi Sergen"in olmuş. Arkadaşlarının müthiş sol ayağı için taktıkları bu lakap sevindiriyor Seyhan'ı. Ancak Bulgaristan maçının ilk yarısında attığı iki gol sonrası gördüğü kırmızı karta ise üzülüyor. "Artık bu renge tahammül edemiyorum" diyor.

Boş zamanlarında buzpateni yapan ve bebekleriyle oynayan, yemek yapmada ise bayan arkadaşları kadar başarılı olamayan Seyhan, sadece yumurta pişirmesini ve makarna yapmasını biliyor.

13 yaşında ilk kez Taçspor'da krampon giyen ve üç yıl bu formayı taşıyan, iki sezon önce de Dinarsu'ya transfer olan Seyhan, ilk onbirde ilk sahaya çıktığı milli takım forması altında iki gol atarken, şu ana kadar bir resmi maçta en fazla gol atan bayan futbolcu ünvanını da kazanmış.

Futbolculuk koşuşturmasında okulunu da ihmal etmeyen "Dişi Sergen" her ne kadar Bakırköy Lisesi'ndeki öğretmenleri "Futbulcu Kız" diye takılsalar da o kafasına koymuş, "üniversiteli" olacak. Bu yıl üniversiteye hazırlanan Seyhan, “Milli forma altında daha çok gol atmak istiyorum. Ailemin verdiği desteği unutamam. Bana her konuda yardımcı oldular. Öğretmenlerime de teşekkür ediyorum. Bu yıl üniversite sınavlarına girip, güzel bir bölüm kazanmak İstiyorum." diye konuştu.

Aynı zamanda Dinarsu Bayan takımının basın sözcülüğünü yapan Seyhan'ın babası Ali Gündüz ise, kızıyla her zaman gurur duyduğunu söylüyor. Daima Seyhan'a destek olduklarını vurguluyor.

'I will be playing football until I get married': Cengiz Malgır

17-years old Seyhan Gündüz is a star of Turkish women's football and her future is very bright. However, she will most likely end her career when she gets married.

She had looked in secret at the football, children ran after despite the risk of getting an earful from their mothers. She later followed her boy friends, whom she envied, and clinged to football.

However, what she makes her different is that Seyhan Gündüz scored two goals in the first half of the match she appeared in the national jersey at the age of only 17 of her football career, which she began at Taçspor with her family's encouragement after a while. This lovely "Female Sergen" (meant is Sergen Yalçın) had certainly the biggest share in the success when our national team defeated Bulgaria by 2-1 in the away match, their third game at the (FIFA) Women's World Cup qualification round following the first official win against Geogia by 1-0. This nickname makes her happy, which is given for her marvelous left foot. However, she feels bad about the red card shown to her after her two goals she scored in the first half of the game against Bulgaria. She says "I cannot stand that color any more".

Seyhan, who performs ice skating and plays with her baby dolls in her free time, is not much successful in cooking unlike her girl friends. She can fry eggs and cook noodles only.

Seyhan, who began to play in Taçspor with 13-years of age, and transferred after three years to Dinarsu two seasons ago, scored two goals in her first appearance in the national first-eleven squad, and has been named the most goal scoring women's footballer in an official match so far.

The "Female Sergen", who does not neglect her education during her football playing, is predetermined to be a "university student" even though her teachers at Bakırköy High School razz her as the "Footballer Girl". Seyhan, who prepares herself for the university entrance exams, says "I want to score more goals with the national jersey. I can not forget the support my family provided me. They gave me assistance in all matters. I thank also my teachers. I wish to participate at university entrance exams this year and hope to pass for a nice department."

Her father Ali Gündüz, who serves at the same time as the spokesperson of Dinasu women's team, says that he is always proud of her daughter. He stresses that they support her all the time.
