Here are my concerns with this: First, an article consisting solely of "Shaanxi Diesel Engine Heavy Industry is biggest Chinese diesel engines for marine propulsion supplier" is an obvious A1 or A3 speedy. Next, the author has a long history of such articles and most have been deleted. Third, no one's bothered to expand this at all short of putting on a cleanup notice and fourth, there are no English links I could find which tell this company's history and none outside the official site beyond a lot of business directories and a couple of news stories. In short, I tried to fix this myself before retagging it for deletion, but unless one speaks Chinese, we have no way of expanding this, pure and simple. This is not a useful article at all. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 14:59, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

So send it to AfD. What's the rush? --Closedmouth (talk) 15:02, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Never mind...found something in English, but I had to really dig deep in the Google search. Gonna fix it now. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 15:04, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
